Welcome to the world of PepeOil. It all began in 2015, when Pepe, passionate about extra virgin olive oil, decided to experiment with some chili peppers he had planted on his farm. And boy did he hit the nail on the head! He soon discovered the magic of combining spice with oil, and the recipe we now know as "The Original" was born.

Authentic Flavors
A Tasty Journey Since 2017, “El Original” has become a favorite in the island's best restaurants. In 2018, Pepe launched his first sauce, which was initially called PEPEBASCO and is now known as Manipur. But that's not all: during the pandemic, with a ton of chilies and a desire to continue creating, he developed his second sauce, PEPEBASCO VERDE, now called Naga. Pepe didn't stop there. He renovated his farm to accommodate visitors and expanded his cultivation to 20 varieties of chilies and more than 100 olive trees. All to become self-sufficient in the production of oils and sauces!
Spicy Luxury
A Unique Product Today, after almost 10 years, PepeOil is synonymous with luxurious gourmet spices. We export to more than 20 countries and welcome over 5,000 visitors a year. We are present in the best restaurants, including those with Michelin stars! What makes our products special is TIME. Our oils marinate with the spices for up to 30 months, and our sauces are fresh thanks to daily micro-productions. In addition, we grow our ingredients following biodynamic and organic practices, without chemical treatments. We use manure from the farm's animals to fertilize the soil, which helps maintain a natural balance.
